    • Step 4: Tap the + at the upper right corner.
    • Step 5: Type the word or phrase you want to enter in the top field.
    • Step 6: Select the back arrow at the bottom of your screen when you finish.

    This is the way to manually add words to Google Pixel Dictionary .

    Setting up a Dictionary shortcut on Pixel /Pixel XL

    You can also set an abbreviation for a full word. For example, if you have a word like “Howzit!” in your dictionary, you can set a shortcut like “zit” for the word. So, when you want to type the word “Howzit!”, just type the word “zit” and it will be converted to the entire word “ Howzit!”.
